Captiva Island Farmers Market – Tuesday
New to the list and a first for Captiva Island, this market is located at the entrance of South Seas Island Resort. It features just-picked produce, fresh cut flowers, candles, meats and more. The Captiva Island Farmers Market also touts handmade crafts on certain Tuesdays.
Lakes Park Farmers Market – Wednesdays
A Wednesday walk in the park should include the Lakes Park Farmers Market. It’s one of the area’s largest and includes all the farm market staples plus live music and a beautiful setting. Proceeds help the Lake Park Enrichment Foundation’s future plan for a botanical garden, so stop by and take it all in.
Fort Myers Beach Farmers Market – Tuesday & Thursday
As one of the original SWFL Farmers Markets, Santini Farmers Market offers a wide array of food choices, arts, crafts and other things that will delight every member of your family or group, seasonally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. River District Farmers Market – Thursday, Year-Round
The River District Farmers Market has the distinction of being both the oldest and only year-round market in Fort Myers & Sanibel. Coconut Point Farmers Market – Thursday
Honey, hats and a colorful assortment of handcrafts are displayed on Thursdays in front of Panera, and plentiful parking at the Coconut Point Mall makes this market easily accessible to everyone. Head here for a big variety of vendors.
Boca Grande Farm & Fish Market – Friday
There’s a lot to enjoy at this farm and fish market set smack dab in the Boca Grande Ball Field. Swing by for produce, pickles, smoothies, soaps, seafood and more, and be sure to enjoy the stunning views on Gasparilla Island.
Cape Coral Farmers Market – Saturday & Tuesday
This Cape Coral market has a feeling of paradise. The sun is shining, and neighbors meet while farmers and artists chat up their wares and work. There’s a little bit of everything here along with a lot of wholesome fun. It’s Cape Coral at its best. Locations vary based on season, so be sure to check their website before you visit.
Bonita Springs Farmers Market – Saturday
The Bonita Springs Farmers Market brings a sizeable selection of fresh Florida produce and products. This very popular market can get crowded later in the day, so going early is your best bet.
Sanibel Island Farmers Market – Sunday
Highly-rated and widely-visited, the Sanibel Island Farmers Market is a well-rounded mix of produce, meals and merchandise. This community of friends and farmers has everything you could hope for and more. Don’t pass up a Sunday visit!
Fort Myers Beach Farmers Market – Wednesday & Friday
Beach Baptist Farmers Market has a cool vibe with very artsy vendors and lots of food made to order. This market offers the best of the best artists, crafters, and artisan foods. The market offers free parking and is family and dog friendly. A portion of proceeds further the Church Mission in Guatemala.
